I've been waiting for a time when I could provide some feedback with regard to Anna! I was going to ask her who to contact to give a review after our closing. When I started looking at houses, I clicked on several on Zillow that were in the targeted price range, and asked for more information, and ended up talking with 2-3 agents, one of them Anna. She was very responsive and provided me the information I requested...such as a sellers disclosure, or an opinion from someone she knew. She didn't try to rush me at all. I noticed that most of the houses I looked at after that had Anna's contact information, (great marketing) so I kept talking with her. I really had a pretty good idea of the size, area and price range, so I didn't want to take time to view a lot that weren't measuring up. When I did find a few, I met Anna and we made visits. She was very knowledgeable and low key, very easy to get to know. She gathered information about our wants and needs in a few conversations. Each of the agents I spoke with put me on a mailing list of the houses that would pop up that fit my needs. However, I feel that Anna has a genuine, authentic personality that allows her to talk with people easily and without pressure. She recommended an inspection company and a mortgage lender that have been very easy to work with as well. She has been very kind and helpful in working with me and the sellers. Bottom line, be sure you keep Anna! (and give her a bonus) She's a gem to work with!
